There seems to be no job security , minimal training and too many administrators in the mix. Everyone is very unhappy , talking about each other - very high school. Management is rude, HR is rude. Very confusing to try to make it work.

This is Angela Sehr, the owner of the company. I am sorry that you feel there was no job security. As you know that we are very busy and fast paced and we have plenty of work for everyone! And I will have to respectfully disagree with you: we have hundreds of employees and majority of them are long term employees and are VERY happy!

- Minimal micromanagement.
- Staff-level colleagues were generally supportive and easy to work with.
- Decent place to gain short-term experience in the healthcare industry
Cons
- Compensation was below market compared to similar roles in the industry.
- A raise was promised upon hire after meeting performance expectations, but that commitment was never fulfilled. Instead, I was laid off after more than a year with the company.
- High turnover rate, particularly at the CFO and Controller levels, leading to instability and constant shifts in direction.
- Limited growth opportunities despite verbal assurances during recruitment.
- Not an ideal company for someone seeking stability or long-term career development.
