Pros
I work in both DC and Winchester so I get a good mix of city and country. Good benefits and great sales job by ownership/management that promise the moon and stars.
Cons
Seems like the perfect place to work. Owners talk a great game and everyone smiles to your face before stabbing you in the back. Unethical decisions by ownership provides the lack of integrity while poor performance and execution for the government only emphasizes the point. People are placed in positions of management based on tenure or credentials, but don't have the experience or skill sets to do the job. It's a shame as there are many good people here who are more qualified, trying to do the right thing and work hard. But history indicates that those people are short lived, especially if they have a voice, as they are replaced and let go by management. Worse yet, then they are vilified after they are gone by the same people who spoke so highly of them. If you are looking for a company that rewards sycophants rather than performance, than this is the perfect company for you!
