I moved to New Jersey from Florida and I work for Excel for 5 years then I moved it to Arizona for 4 years and now I've been back in New Jersey for 2 years just to come work for Excel Termite & Pest Control. They are the best pest control company I've ever worked for and I've worked for many. They have become my second family. Anytime I have any concerns or if I'm feeling a certain way I can go talk to my manager and we work things out together. Everybody at Excel works as a team. The pay is very competitive but also based on your performance. There's tons of room to grow in our company as our company is growing year by year. They have a really good structure. For example, if you like doing commercial work over residential work that is an option as we do have separate technicians for residential and commercial. We also have a special services route for termites bed bugs and animal control. As long as you're out there doing a good job making customers happy you will do well in our company the opportunities are endless.

For me honestly the only con is is I can't dye my hair purple cuz I really want to dye my hair purple
