Pros
People - The company has a great group of people! You can tell that everyone is passionate about the company vision and take pride in their work. Culture - The culture has been the highlight for me. Unlike other companies that just say everyone has a say, Excel really puts that into action and empowers the team. The Management is there to assist and help when needed, but they don't hover or micromanage. Growth - This is incredibly important to most of the people I know in the job market, and is something that gets thrown around a lot. The difference with Excel is that I was actually able to see (and experience) this growth! Opportunity to move up within a career is very prevalent here.
Cons
Growing pains, as you'd expect. Some instances of processes that exist when they shouldn't yet, and lack of process where they should.
