Really not a company that appreciates the Human Resources they get, is better avoiding companies as such because they damage your confidence as an employee and put you on serious difficulties when you’re a worker living paycheck by paycheck and see yourself out of a job that you thought it would last longer. I wouldn’t even recommend leaving a job you probably unhappy to take a job here to find yourself with no job at all, specially if you’re hispanic, latino.
