      Bright, engaged colleagues across research and sales. Competitive pay (performance dependent). Quality research house.

      Cons

      Lack of loyalty to employees (juniors and seniors alike) - constant rounds of redundancies, eroding trust and confidence. Unsupportive environment for women, ironically perpetuated by the head of research.
