      I find absolutely no pro working for this company

      Cons

      Poor management, upper management only concern for their own bonus and mistreats all good employee. They get rid of good staff to hire cheaper employee.

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
