Pros
Company is giving attractive pay especially for Sales. A well structured company and colleagues are quite supportive. Performance bonus is quite attractive if you perform well.
Cons
Be prepared physically and mentally. Not a good company to work with in long term. Please think twice if you are offered to join Sales especially in Central team. Micromanaging, no trust, finding mistakes, very high expectations, no appreciation for your hardwork, unfair treatment by Superior/management. Monthly evaluation is tiring, unfair, and useless. They will use that evaluation as an excuse to fire you, no job security.
