      It's a friendly company. Nice people. Easy to get in touch with CEO, with anybody actually. It is possible to do what you can do well even it's not is your responsibilities.

      Cons

      Salary and bonuses policy. Not clear task. People don't know what they need to do, so they waste months on doing something with no result.
