Pros
Benefits - excellent healthcare, dental, 401k, pension, wellness, etc. Pay - Seems to be in line with many of the other larger employers in the area. Retirement Plan - 401k and pension are both available.
Cons
Poorly managed procurement department. No decisiveness, constant change of procedures. Failed attempts to automate the department creates more problems than it solves.
