Good for freshers not for Experienced - Anonymous employee Evolvus Solutions Employee Review

1. No work life balance. 2. Salary will not be on time. 3. Experienced/ Senior employees 2-3 months salary will be on hold. So not a good company for experience employees. 4. Experienced/Senior employees will be kicked out if they don’t have any work for them. In my knowledge they asked so many employees to leave in 1 month notice period. 5. Worst part is, Ex employees has to beg for their FNF then also it can take 10-12 months minimum.. So after leaving organisations forget about FNF amount.
