- owners have a lot of business knowledge and experience - very supportive team and ownership - employees genuinely like each other - clients are fun to work with - shared vision to grow and improve to provide growth for our clients - opportunities for growth

- office space is a bit small - switched to be agency focused business model in the last few years so still learning what the best way to operate is

I feel very fulfilled in my position with Evolve Systems. We're a small but growing team, which can be crazy sometimes, but also, it's marketing... I've yet to work someplace "chill" in this space! I find my voice is always heard and my questions are always answered. Even if I disagree with something, I'm always given the "why." I see myself being with Evolve for the next several years as this is an incredible place to grow myself and my career.

Again, this is a small but growing company, so there are growing pains (processes, finding the right people for the team, etc.).
