Pros
Free snacks Fun work environment Location is close to the airport Building decor is nice Ample desks Free food Friday (They used to have this every two weeks, but I guess they decided to cut it. Now it only happens once a month)
Cons
Low pay Management is stuck in their ways There have been a lot of upper management changes that the employees are unhappy with. High turnaround (it gets depressing to see how many people leave) Lots of unhappy co-workers Under-valued employees It's hard to move up from entry level Management will lie about giving their employee raises They'd rather hire someone new to take over a position at a lower pay grade than give out a raise.
