Pros
-Fantastic training: well thought out and planned to a tee. You have trainers and a team lead helping guide you through the first few months till they're confident you're ready to go it alone.
-Very communicative and transparent with the team.
-Management and staff are awesome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you learn and succeed. It's not a facade and there are no egos here.
-Morale appears high. They encourage camaraderie through monthly get-togethers outside of work and annual work retreats.
-There is a great work-life balance. Everyone pitches in to help so that no one feels overwhelmed. People can go on vacation without dreading coming back to a mountain of work.
-Use of tech and updating systems are always on the forefront to improve workflows and make the staff more efficient.
Cons
I have no cons that I can think of at the moment. The work is challenging and there is a lot to learn. This is not a con at all, actually, it's what I enjoy about my position. However, if you are unorganized, not detail-oriented and can't pick things up quick then this might not be the right fit for you.
