Cons

No hybrid or remote working. Strict with adherence to policies and rules. Micro-managed at times.

Pros

I’ve worked at Evolve for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the rare places where the culture isn’t just a poster on the wall. The company genuinely lives its values – no egos, no drama, no nonsense. Just good people trying to do great work. What’s brilliant The people. Proper salt-of-the-earth types. You never feel daft asking a question or admitting you don’t know something. Leadership that actually listens. Not the “we heard you… but we’re not changing a thing” type – they act on feedback and keep you in the loop. Great progression and support. If you want to grow, they'll back you. Real investment in culture. Engagement surveys, development programmes, wellbeing stuff – it’s not lip service. It’s funded, visible, and felt.

Cons

Things move quickly (sometimes very quickly), so if you like a slow, steady, unchanged-to-the-core environment, this might feel a bit “strap in and hold onto your brew.” Because the business is growing, processes are still evolving – loads of opportunity, but you’ve got to be comfortable with change.
