There is a respect and understanding for consumer data that I've never seen at any other marketing agency. Plus, the teams are open and willing to new ideas and creative endeavors for clients. It's an outstanding place to work and outstanding clients to work for.

I think the communication between teams still needs some work, but this is typical of a company that's growing at this rate.

I have worked at Evolve Digital Labs for over a year. At first, I was treated exceptionally well as a freelancer. I quickly became fascinated by the work that continues to be done at EDL and the variety of clientele that they supported. I joined the EDL team as an employee. In this capacity, I was able to contribute with my existing skillset but also seized the opportunity to learn new skills. I love the balance of consistent and vital work for large clients with openness to experiment with innovative concepts. These two qualities combined cannot help but lead to growth, even in the dynamic world of digital marketing and strategy.

For some, EDL might not be a fit. Proactivity/initiative and personal leadership are required qualities to thrive in this environment. Everyone is treated fairly - even during failed efforts - but for individuals who need constant direction, this setting may feel less fulfilling.
