      -one of the best work environments I have been apart of. Evolve is community centered and cares about the lives of their employees. -flexible hours and hybrid

      -Working at a grassroots organization is very fulfilling work but very easy to get tired talking to people and doing important work. Taking time for yourself helps a lot.
