Wish I could stay longer

I am a summer intern at Evolve California in 2024. The summer internship time frame is about 3 months, and in that time I have learned and grown so much. Interning here is a great way to learn about San Francisco politics from a progressive perspective and to grow your skill set. They provide trainings on numerous different topics and platforms, including local politics, different political issues, Salesforce, different social media platforms, etc. Outside of training, some things an intern will do include canvassing, making social media posts, working with progressive candidates, door knocking, phone banking, merchant walking, and more. The office is a great environment to learn and grow, and all my colleagues are friendly and knowledgeable.

As an intern, something I would like from an internship, especially one with a set end date, is assistance in developing one's career path going forward for someone who wants to continue in this field. But, there's still 3 weeks left in the internship, so maybe that's something that will be coming up!
