-The company is extremely political and toxic - not a safe place to voice out any feedback or anything that they dont want to hear it -Most executives do not know much about their job scoop, and they dont know much about business and operation ,they got those positions base on the connection with upper level -you will be promoted base on likability not performance - company is at survival mode, no one thrives anymore, majority of staff do not hit their budget therefore there is no commission for them so they havre rely on basic salary only -90% of the clubs aren't hitting their KPI
