      -Remote work -coworkers (Director level and below) are friendly for the most part and pleasant to work with

      Cons

      -No diversity in upper management -Upper Management plays favorites and is dishonest in their communication with direct reports -Pay is underwhelming

      Pros

      Excellent and often unmatched employee benefits, especially those for exempt employees. Unlimited PTO. Sabbatical every 5 years of service. 401K match. Affordable and comprehensive medical coverage. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Over my 12+ years, we went through re-orgs and RIFs every 1-2 years. Hard to keep up morale when everyone is always worried about job security.
