      Pros

      Great people to work with who are keen to do a good job.

      Cons

      Senior management seem to be determined to destroy any and all morale within the middle management and workforce, I have never known a company where so many people are actively looking for new jobs. No development opportunities and a complete lack of investment in genuine quality training

      I joined Truline just over 7 years ago. My line managers recognised my skills and helped me progress my career. I am now one of the management team.
