Notice many of the truthful reviews are from former employees. That is because current employees don’t feel safe to speak out for fear of retaliation by executive management, which is very common. Most of the company have been demoralized after so many of the sales, customer success, and marketing teams were let go in multiple rounds throughout this year. It is actually pretty sad. C- suite makes childish decisions out of insecurities and their latest whims. The company, itscustomers, and its investors that have poured millions of dollars into this business deserve better. CTO is the only one who seems to know what he is doing.
