Good group of colleagues. Work can be interesting. Hybrid work schedule but some groups are called in five days a week while others haven't set foot in the building since before the pandemic.
Cons
Pay is less competitive than it used to be. Storm duty can be a nightmare. Favoritism runs rampant and HR is only there to protect the company. Departments can be siloed.
