No direction or follow-thru on work commitments and project priorities. Cross-functional team collaboration is basically non-existent with massive amounts of finger-pointing and blame games. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything or own their work (it’s all so funny now seeing the level of immaturity in grown adults).
Big egos in general (cue my eye rolls).
Management nor C-suite know what they are doing most of the time, nor do they know what they want from teams (other than money money money and placating the BoD!!) Newsflash, the work also ISN’T meaningful when it’s changing every 5 seconds in a new direction with no preparation and teams already over-loaded and burnt out.
Found out I was also grotesquely underpaid for my title, experience, education and project contributions in comparison to several co-workers that held the same position/title/workload. I’m not talking a few thousand either… literally disturbing.
Anyway- thanks for doing me a favor and laying me off in June with the other 90+ people. This all goes to show you are not a company of integrity and obviously not trustworthy, although I guess the “reduction in force” shouldn’t have come as a surprise either with the amount of people that had already been jumping ship without another job lined up and several executives walking out leading up to that.
In summary, don’t work here :)
