This company does nothing but drain you of everything you have. They claim that they care about the patient care experience while providing little to no support to the teams directly impacting physician and patient experiences. The C-Suite is full of people with no background in health who only care about making money and do not listen to the voices of their employees. It's a clique. If you don't make them a profit you don't actually matter. For a company who constantly claims to want to make healthcare accessible, the test are too expensive for most people without health insurance to actually access and the patient demographics are looking very white and well off. In short, they provide healthcare for people who already have access to healthcare. There is also so much bullying from other teams. Product is unwilling to work with other teams and learn about the processes. They do what they want with no regard to the teams needs. They do not live up to their values and there is no longer a vision for the company. This is not a company that actually cares about patients, accessibility, or their employees.
