      Pros

      They take pride in the quality of the products they make. It is a relatively easy job, with a pretty relaxed atmosphere. It's very easy to learn every piece of equipment on the farm.

      Cons

      They don't like to pay a good living wage. The equipment is pretty banged up, with almost nothing that doesn't leak oil. The bosses don't put much value on their employees, adamant that "everyone is replaceable".

      Company is very family oriented and puts a lot of value on quality work. They believe that the customer deserves the best.

      Work days can run long. The compensation could be higher. They need to provide benefits for their employees.

      They work your but off for lil money my pay would come out short don't calculate hours correctly and don't follow company guildlines

      Cons

      They didn't pay me holiday pay on 20 hours on new years all they did was add 8 hours on top of my check. Normal wage
