Small class size means classrooms are caring and intimate. Parents are supportive. The Montessori philosophy is integral to the school's culture. Teachers care about their students. The administration and main office is organized. Children are respected as learners. The school is near a Metro stop.
Cons
The staff room is small and doesn't have a sink. The Elementary class is on a separate floor from the other classes.
The families and children are great. Stephanie is the camp/auxiliary director- she is the best. She makes sure her employees are doing good & cares for them. She is also very understanding.
Cons
The head of school doesn't have any knowledge about how to interact with children & other people in general. Management really sucks. Everyone is in everyone's business and school is very unorganized. Most of the employees are rude. Management only cares about themselves and could care less about employees ( especially part-time employees). Also, pay is not SO great.
