Pros

Management has gone through some changes since I’ve been there, I know one of my leads/overall bosses there has left since but the management was extremely helpful and one of my first shift positions. I was definitely a fish in water but it was overall very good learning experience phone number went back. I personally just go back as of the warehouse because I enjoyed the day today, what we did. The management side of things kind of made it hard to have good relationships with my coworkers, because I was younger than half of them, so trying to distinguish the line “I’m your boss” and being a “friend.” Getting everybody on the same page of the fact that this is just a job, and I’m not your “boss,” but if we are not getting work done, and we’re just having so much fun then I have to put on that different jacket if we’re not gonna get schittt done. I personally just really wanted to make sure everyone had an enjoyable work atmosphere and also one that they looked forward to coming to. It was difficult, and I will get into that, but overall it was a good learning experience and people were supportive, even the ones that Were the toughest 🥲

Cons

Loyalty. Only good to a certain degree and when your loyalty lies with one person who has now driven a whole entire warehouse full of people within less than a year and a half, really really think this man is worth a headache? I still have nightmares I hope he figured out how to stop being such an a§§

Pros

You get paid, there's food, most employees not in high up positions are decent humans that actually care about their fellow people

Cons

Micromanaging to the extreme. High up people that have no idea what it is like to actually work under them, and boy will they make sure you KNOW you're under them. High ups that talk crap about others, degrading others to their face, just all around junk people. (There are a couple high up that are actually decent and they just take the abuse). Expected to do 47742 jobs in 3 days or get ridiculed. Have to let them know every single move you make while they just sit and have no idea what this job entails. Want you to do out of code work and just be OK with it. Try to make you sign paperwork that's illegal (it's a federally protected right to talk about wages, and no document can or will supercede this). You'll sign a contract saying what you do and don't get but it'll just change on a whim and hope you don't say anything
