Pros
Has all the standard benefits expected of a large company plus some really great incentives for professional growth in areas such as gaining IT certifications. Salary ranges coming in as a senior employee are competitive and decent for junior employees. Generally friendly atmosphere and ample opportunities to gain experience in many different areas.
Cons
Work/life balance can be a challenge on certain projects. Organizational changes in certain divisions within the company happen often and sometimes without any notice or discussion among key staff members. Leadership within certain divisions can operate like a dictatorship in some cases.
