Pros
If you like freedom with your job and you are VERY VERY VERY self disciplined you can actually make OK money and have fun. A lot of company functions. They spare no expense.
Cons
There is absolutely no staff development on a skills or professional level. It seems they are more focused on growing this company from basically recruiting from other agencies and plopping them in their desk and relying solely on their software to do the job for them. There are many inexperienced "kids" working in the office and I feel in the long run it will tarnish our name and our brand. People stay around for the fun and the flexibilty of the job, not for money or career advancement. Also their benefits are a joke. I have to pay over $1000 a month to insure my family and it only covers 70%. They do not have a matching 401k also. But because there are so many young kids that work here I feel the lack of benefits goes unnoticed. The commission is around 35% which is (alright) and it will never go up! So count out ever getting a raise.
