      Pros

      Everest Engineering has a flexible work schedule which helps to manage work-life balance. I really appreciate how the EOD updates, Stand-ups keep everyone in the team up to date and also make sure everyone is on the same page.

      Pros

      Company is people first. The CTO's human aspect is on next level. He literally keeps his employee first. Work enviroment is mostly chill (Sometimes not good depending on client). Work life balance is amazing, Company don't shad away weight but train the workforce. Peace of mind Remote first

      Cons

      They give priority to long term stability more than salary increment. Growth is slow.
