Management was always clear of what they wanted. Never left you in the blind of trying to figure stuff out. Cool work environment, can literally almost talk about anything. Fridge stayed stocked with goodies. Has a pool table if you want to step away from the computer for a while.
Cons
Work can sometimes be tedious. Office does get very cold on one side while other side is more room temperature. Sounds like it is hailing outside when it’s just raining (kind of hard to work through that).
