Coworkers and managers are great. Easy going workplace in terms of attitude. It's mostly up to you how well you'll do. Trainers are excellent and everyone is willing to help anyone who's new.
It's not a typical telemarketing job that you're hard selling magazines or something lame like that. The incentives are easily attainable and commission comes from every sale - not after you reach a certain amount, like some jobs. There's also a decent base pay that allows this position to provide stable income, even in the slow months.
Cons
It would be great to get some new numbers for the areas in which we work.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Since we do not buy our numbers we have to wait for new public numbers to come available to add to our rotation, which we do annually.
Get to work mostly independently, Good if you like walking.
Cons
Sometimes you might have to travel over an hour with traffic to the area you need to knock at.
You can set as many appointments as you can and if you have a bad arborist who does not show up to any appointments for weeks you will be the one terminated and not them.
You will get yelled at by home owners for knocking.
They will tell you that you get to earn commission from leads you set that turn into sales, however the commission is abysmal so don't count on it changing your salary its more like an extra $20 here and there.
