      1. Great amount of autonomy 2. Good work life balance 3. Specific design functions - Design system designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers and more 4. Fully Remote 5. Britebreak - First Friday of every month is a holiday

      1. Company priorities keep changing a bit often 2. Lot of leadership changes 3. Sometimes a bit slow in implementing designs

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
