      - The people is amazing - Great perks and benefits - The teams are great - Good opportunities for career progression

      Cons

      - Too many changes from leadership. - Way too ambitious with their growth plan, it's taking a toll on the employees, especially in non-tech, which always end being neglected in tech companies anyway so it's not surprising.

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
