Pros
the culture is unique and the people care, just in the way of personal gain
Cons
- Constant discrimination against anyone who has what they call "baggage" (kids, family issues, life, etc.) - Commission only in every position, no benefits, no gas compensation - Distasteful and discriminatory language used towards non-preforming employees, most common example is calling people "light bills" - The office is falling apart to the point that none of the vision boards on the wall are of current employees, they are just there to cover up holes in the wall - It's just another sales job, the difference is that they don't have the compensation, anyone who gets an interview will hear that they want you to do $2,000 a week starting at 30% Commission, which is $600 a week before taxes, or $31,200 a year before taxes I could list endless things, but you can't say anything you couldn't have heard before employment or through word of mouth due to agreements and contracts
