There are different employees from all over the world who work together well remotely. You would have a chance to work on different projects as it's kind of a Consultant company. This can be a pro or con: It's better to think of being a Full-Stack developer later on even if you are hired for a specific technology. Everyone should contribute to all tasks.

Making the decision to end the collaboration for reasons is more common than the other companies.

I have the utmost respect and admiration for their work ethic and the support they provide to the company - Smaller teams, means things get done quickly and with lots of feedback - The teams have each others backs, consultancy work can be SOMETIMES difficult, although I hardly have any bad experiences since I think leadership does a great job at selecting who they want to work with. - Work life balance is incredible - Design work is fun since you get to touch on a lot of different apps and make ideas come to life.

- Sometimes the timelines felt a bit rushed, but ended up being just the right amount of time
