Pros

Evenly offers a unique blend of mission-driven healthcare and modern technology, which made the work rewarding. As a Treatment Coordinator, I felt supported by both the clinical and administrative teams. The company culture was collaborative and focused on patient outcomes. Compensation was fair for the responsibilities, and I enjoyed working with people who were passionate about improving access to orthodontic care. The tools and platforms we used were efficient and AI–based, which made the job easier and allowed us to focus on supporting patients.

Cons

Like most growing companies, Evenly can sometimes feel chaotic. The pace is quick, and priorities can shift frequently, which may be challenging for people who prefer a more structured or predictable environment. Workloads could become intense at times, especially during peak periods, and there’s plenty of room to improve internal systems and training resources.

Pros

The team at Evenly is really great. The work outings are fun and you can tell the company has people who want to solve real world problems. The culture of engagement provides the sense that everyone’s work matters. Also, there are always snacks in the office which is an added bonus!

Cons

As the company grows, processes are still catching up, but I this is what I expected.

Pros

Coworkers from all states were great

Cons

Absolute lack of any type of TRUE knowledge in dentistry. Systems run by owners with zero clinical background and just going based off of whatever they think they learned at seminars Zero appreciation for their field team Honestly looking back the concept was good but executed so poorly because they don’t listen to anyone who has actually been in dentistry Virtual models don’t work, patients want in office experience and not to be over sold and under delivered. Owners had no idea what to do with any type of growth, never finished a standard process and perfected it from the inside out so everything was a mess all of the time.
