Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule; provided that you consistently meet and update all of your key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate. Just had huge layoffs (interestingly, the positive reviews are since the layoffs). - Operational Instability: Poor systems, insufficient support, and a perceived lack of faith in the business model appear to be driving management to implement frequent, unproven initiatives. - Treatment Planning and Oversight: Despite claims of skilled orthodontists, they rely on AI for ClinChecks, unreliable and poorly trained Treatment Coordinators (TCs) and non-responsive dental monitoring teams. - Business Viability: I understand the company has been removed from some insurance plans due to a lack of proper orthodontic oversight.

Pros

The team at Evenly is really great. The work outings are fun and you can tell the company has people who want to solve real world problems. The culture of engagement provides the sense that everyone’s work matters. Also, there are always snacks in the office which is an added bonus!

Cons

As the company grows, processes are still catching up, but I this is what I expected.

Pros

The office space wasn't terrible, and I guess the health benefits were decent. That's about it.

Cons

You're constantly operating in the dark here — projects shift, priorities change, and you find out from scattered slack messages instead of actual communication. Nobody gives you the full picture on anything, whether it's budget, timelines, or why decisions get made. They say it's all "need-to-know basis" but what you actually need to know never qualifies, which honestly gets old fast. It's exhausting trying to do your job when leadership treats information like it's classified or something. You end up guessing what's happening instead of doing the actual work. The worst part is they act surprised when things fall through the cracks.
