Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Eva's Initiatives Employee Review

Toxic management culture: gaslighting, divisive tactics, and lack of training/support were the norm. This is well known among staff throughout the org, and even among colleagues at partner orgs; however, for whatever reason the board hadn't taken action. It's too bad, because good workers suffer, and the resultant staff turnover really harms the youth.
