Laid back, lazy environment. No pros at all!!! If you of Asian background it will work it not they will lie to you and make you a puppet. So stay away stay away and stay away!!!
Cons
Many of the people who worked there has been with the company 5 years plus and are really close with the owner. There are absolutely no benefits unless the owner offers something on the side for you, and everything goes through the owner who is the only decision maker. This is not an American ran company and management sucks. No one know what they are doing. Save yourself the trouble from interviewing and working here unless you just absolutely need s job. Raises are given based on if they like you period and the amount they give sucks 20 to 50 cents. Don't downgrade yourself for a job. All Asian company stay away and save yourself , it has an high turn over !!!
