Great flying benefits, strong union, decent control over your trips, nice coworkers

10 days off per month, no less no more. Summer time flying is super hectic. Long days with mostly 4 legs. Pay gets decent after about 12 years of service given the expensive cities the company operates out of.

The pay was always on time but the management is too German for a Swedish base.

The people working there for some time are pretty mean and not really respectful.
