Pros
Lots of different activities, various policies, so anyone can find something of interest. The environment is very professional, and international. The salary is good, especially in the beginning. There are training opportunities even though they are normally very short (one week courses).
Cons
As the years go by, the opportunities of professional development decrease till they become 0. Hardly any chance of progression in the career.
