Now, over three years later, I am deeply grateful for the unwavering encouragement I've received, particularly from the management team. Their understanding has truly made a positive impact on both my professional and personal life. During my time at European Tech Recruitment, I've had the incredible opportunity to live in three different countries and work remotely for most of my time. And throughout it all, the company has been incredibly flexible— as long as the work gets done, nothing else matters.
