The national members are competent and interesting. Good colleagues. Topics are great.

There is zero trust in employees and they are heavily policed. Crazy amounts of micromanagement. Direction is distrustful and condescending. Every small appraisal has to be fought for harshly. There is nobody coordinating the work of the team or overlooking how things are going, leading to frictions within the team. No vision, no leadership.
