none. I'm not being bitter, there is literally no benefit to working in this horrific farce of an establishment.

Where to start. Upper management - All but none have zero knowledge of educational practices, theory, or management resulting in the shambles of the school it is. They expect the effects of change to happen instantly. If not, degradation and humiliation of staff ensue. The mentality of "ownership" of employees, both in work time and private time is standard. "I own you" has been overheard on more than one occasion from the director. No seperaation of personal and prrovate time. Lower management - A bunch of "yes" people, even if they do know anything about education live in fear of losing their jobs or facing backlash if going against any ridiculous ideas of leadership. So agreeing is easiest. Overworked, underpaid, and left ragged with pointless changes and harassment at all hours on all days leaves them exhausted. Day to day staff - Exhausted. Defeated. Fed up with management's nonsense. Generally, they have too little pay for the work they do but overworked and too busy to find new work. Essentially trapped.
