No real cons for this company.

Could be an easy low stress job

The manager said she did not want the position, I am assuming that is why she makes it such a toxic environment. When I started her long term employees told me “she cannot lead people”, “it’s embarrassing because she will yell at you and people outside of the warehouse can hear it”, “she is unable to communicate what she wants so there is no way to make her happy, her attacking you will likely be daily”, “until all of the not qualified older people age out and are replaced by people who want to be here this is just how it”ll be”, “I just work here because it’s close to home, “ you could tell I am on the s$!@ list too?”. I could go on for days. I think I was targeted due to my autism. I asked for clear directions so I could meet expectations. There was another newer employee who didn’t bully me at first because she felt she was being treated the same way. She found if she fell in line and bullied she was accepted. I guess I don’t fit in because I won’t treat people poorly.
