So, I need to warn everyone about this company because they just cost me my job, my peace of mind, and nearly ruined my holiday season. I was hired, started onboarding, and then after less then TWO WEEKS, my position was eliminated without explanation or reason. No feedback, no warning, no nothing. This wasn’t just any time, either. It was right before holidays. My family is devastated. I was trying to make a fresh start and now I’m scrambling to figure out how to pick up the pieces. To make matters worse, the company was totally cold about the whole thing. No empathy, no remorse. They just decided t eliminate the role without even giving me the decency of a clear answer. No professional closure, no feedback on where I went wrong. Afterward, I checked Glassdoor and was shocked by the negative reviews—sudden terminations, poor communication, toxic culture. Many of those reviews are now gone. I’m not sure how Glassdoor allows this, but it’s clear Europerfumes is trying to clean up its image after all the bad feedback. If you’re thinking about applying here, I beg you to reconsider. Save yourself the stress and find a company that values its employees.
