Bit slow on the innovation decision side

I worked for this company for about 10 years and really enjoyed the experience. I worked for them in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, London, Mexico, Kuwait, Oman and various other places. All work is based in 5 start hotels and I stayed in the same hotels. Delegates are good and usually speak English to a high standard The courses were up to date and relevant to the modern manager

Very secretive organisation You must negotiate your own fee structure: for me that was fine, for others they had no idea and they grossly undersold themselves If they like you, you do well: if you do something they don't like other think you did something, they can let you go but not tell you and not tell you why
