3yThanks to anonymity and the generic nature of this review we have no idea who has written it and can only assume it is not genuine or that it is by someone who wants to discredit us for simply not being up to the job themselves. Either way, we do feel that leaving an anonymous review speaks for itself as anyone with a genuine experience with a valid point would be more open and transparent.
All we can say is that we have a stellar ecommerce team who are truly thriving and are going from strength to strength and a team that we are so very proud of. Everyone plays their part, works hard and is a team player. It is a fun and lively department but high pressure and all of our employees welcome the challenges and deal with them with enthusiasm and determination. Everyone is accountable for their role and that is how any department should be and if someone does not fit this criteria, then naturally they will not last and will leave reviews such as this. To anyone reading this, we would encourage you to give us a try and make your own mind up.
